Mary Adamy, an Oliver Wight principal based in Lebanon, NJ, is a consultant and educator providing companies guidance in Demand Management and Integrated Business Planning (S&OP) practices. Mary has a concentration of experience with CPG companies, having spent 20 years in industry including 10 years at Kraft Foods and Nabisco. While she specializes in Demand Management principles, Mary has held numerous positions across all Supply Chain disciplines. As an internal consultant at Kraft Foods, Mary played a lead role in Kraft’s global S&OP implementation as well as the Demand Planning Best Practices lead for Kraft North America. Additionally Mary has held roles responsible for integrating process and technology for demand planning and distribution planning software. As a consultant, Mary has given guidance and facilitated process redesign for a variety of companies from fast-moving consumer goods to high-volume commodity chemicals. Her clients include: The Hershey Company, General Mills, New Balance, DuPont, Mondelez International, Del Monte, Rich Foods, Molson-Coors, Covidien Pharmaceuticals, and Qualitest Pharmaceuticals.
