With 18 years of experience in Supply Chain, currently working as a General Director of Tgestiona, Logisticis Company of Telefonica responsible for recovery ebitda and reorganize all company structure, financial analysis (P & L) and risk assessment. As a Supply Chain Director was responsible for all Procurement and Logistics in Telefonica– Vivo Brazil, the largest telecommunications company with 91 million customers, improving global procurement and integration processes, strategic sourcing, stablished supply chain processing, reporting and monitoring capabilities. Transformed logistics to a key driver to achieve commercial targets based in S&OP and CPFR . Supply Planning and management of full inventory and deliveries process, RIS, including 350 own stores. Transform Telefonica Brazil’s Logistic into a Lead of Latin America Supply Chain practices, innovate projects and is one of the best in Telefonica’s global Benchmark. As a Purchase Director was responsible for US$ 8 billion per year, leading big projects as GSM and 3G implementation, the most modern CPD of Latin America, the negotiation of mobile and fixed networks, marketing, infrastructure, IT, devices and services. Started with Telecommunications business in BCP – BellSouth Brazil, BellSouth International, BellSouth Central America and Movistar Panamá and Nicaragua working with S&OP and SCM. Graduated in 1985, worked for 13 years as a Civil Engineering, leading construction agreements, constructions management and remodeling on C&A Fashion stores and Retail Companies.
