Partner with founder on major expansion of the #1 rated Brewery in the World (RateBeer) including the financing and build out of production and retail facilities, widening of geographic distribution and increasing product offerings •Develop strategy for core business and adjacent opportunities in collaboration with founder •Co-manage retail and tasting room/brewpub operations (DTC on-premise and off-premise) •Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial/operational reporting (creation of KPIs, dashboards) •Champion adoption of BI/reporting systems enabling data-driven decisions on product/package mix and channel allocation •Develop and maintain relationships with elite craft brewers, distributors, retailers, vendors and key influencers •Collaborate with distribution partners to implement and monitor appropriate wholesale pricing, PTR, PTC and retailer standards •Designed and implemented POS and ERP integration from scratch enabling on-site/off-site sales and item-level visibility •Spearheaded implementation of credit card processing resulting in materially higher average sale •Transformed accounting methods and systems from cash to accrual, overhauled chart of accounts and engaged new tax advisor •Launched processes and systems to track, manage and value inventory (RM/WIP/FG) including standard costs •Negotiated and executed product presence at Phish’s Magnaball
