I have been involved with five fast growth businesses in HR Technology and Recruiting in the United States, UK and Asia Pacific. I am particularly passionate about the application of technology to solve business problems. This passion inspired me to launch Australia’s first social recruiting and employee referral platform delivered as software-as-a-service (SaaS) called 2Vouch. My strengths are growing new markets for established businesses or growing new businesses that have disruptive business models. My main skills and experience is selling cloud solutions to solve problems in the enterprise. These skills are in sales management, solution selling, sales and marketing strategy development and operational execution.
