Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with extensive project and operations experience, in particular with liquefied gas shipping (LNG. LPG, ammonia) and Floating Regasification. Vast experience with newbuilding projects in the major shipyards worldwide (Europe, Japan, South Korea, China). Heading the development of several milestone projects in the LNG industry: - the first LNG regasification ships (Exmar/Excelerate) - the first commercially used LNG ship to ship transfer system - a generic Floating LNG Liquefaction project with FLEX LNG (concept, Pre-FEED, FEED) Presently Heading the ABS Global Gas Solutions team. The ABS Global Gas Solutions Team was established to leverage the organization’s LNG and LPG capabilities and work alongside owners, shipyards and equipment manufacturers to provide an extensive range of services.
