I obtained my Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from the University of Florida. Before joining the Max Planck Institute for Human Development, I was an assistant professor of psychology at the School of Social Sciences, Singapore Management University. I am a researcher who aspires to improve our understanding of how people should and do make decisions. In my research, I study both individuals and groups, address theoretical as well as empirical questions, and employ a variety of methods.
